Richard Hallmarq of Sacramento is a competitor on this season’s “Project Runway.”
Hallmarq will compete with 15 other aspiring fashion designers in Season 11 for the chance at winning $100,000 from L’Oréal Paris to start his/her own line, plus more prizes.
“Project Runway” Season 11 will premiere Thursday, January 24, at 9pm on Lifetime.
