The Congress of African Peoples will hold its 11th annual convening on Saturday, September 14 in Sacramento.
Under the theme “Focus on Africa: Economics, Education and Culture,” the event will be held from 9am-4pm at the Women’s Civic Improvement Center, 3555 3rd Avenue, in Sacramento.
The purpose of the Congress is to provide a space where African/Black people from all over the area can share and connect with each other. What comes out of the space is up to the initiatives of the participants.
