Families in Sacramento can enjoy some free outside movies this summer courtesy of Screen On the Green, presented by the office of Councilman Steve Cohn and Pops in the Park.

“How to Train Your Dragon” will be shown Saturday, August 3, at South Natomas Park, 2909 Truxel Road, in Sacramento. Free popcorn will be provided by the International Academy of Design & Technology.

“101 Dalmations” will be shown on Saturay, August 10 at Glenn Hall Park at the corner of Carlson and Sandburg Drive. Both shows start at sunset, approximately 8:15pm. Complimentary water and kid friendly drinks and snacks will be for sale provided by River Park Mother’s Club.

Bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating and snacks. A sweatshirt for the cooler evening weather and a flashlight are also recommended.
