According to Sacramento County Elections, September is Voter Registration Month and today, September 24, is Voter Registration Day.
Preparation for the 2014 Governor Primary Election has begun, so now is the time to make sure your registration is current, says the Sacramento County Registrar of Voters. Sacramento County residents can either register to vote online or request a registration form be mailed to them.
Additionally, Sacramento County Elections will be holding Voter Registration drive at various locations throughout Sacramento:
- September 24, 2013 Downtown Plaza–Macy’s, 5th and J St., 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
- September 24, 2013 Arden Fair Mall – JC Penny’s, 1689 Arden Way, 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
- September 25, 2013 Downtown Plaza — Macy’s, 5th and J St., 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
- September 25, 2013 Arden Fair Mall – JC Penny’s 1689 Arden Way, 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
- September 25, 2013 Caesar Chavez Park, 9th and I Street, 10:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.
- September 26, 2013 Downtown Plaza — Macy’s, 5th and J St., 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
- September 26, 2013 Arden Fair Mall – JC Penny’s 1689 Arden Way, 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
- September 28, 2013 104th Carmichael Founder’s Day, 5750 Grant Ave, Carmichael, 10:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.
- September 29, 2013 12th Annual Voter Education Forum, University Union, 6000 J St., 1:00p.m. – 5:00p.m.
