Fitness guru Shaun T, 36, graces the cover of the January issue of Men’s Health magazine, for obvious reasons upon a glance at that issue.  His new workout promises results like that — like THAT! — with no weights.
Shaun T’s workouts have entertained coach potatoes like me for years (remember “Hip Hop Abs”?), but this year as I careen toward the big 5-0 and a big doctor’s appointment in June, I’ve gotten serious about my health for the first time in almost a decade.  I did pretty well through the holidays, working out at least five days a week since Thanksgiving.  I joined a gym for the first time in five years, and for the first time in twenty years, I weighed less on January 1st than I did on the first of December.

I needed a boost of inspiration to carry me through the winter, and Shaun T’s abs showed up on the newsstand   I’ve finished telling myself that a bumpy stomach like his is genetic (and you will, too, when you see the chunky picture of him during his college days).
