Screenwriter, director and producer Shonda Rhimes — best know for developing current TV hit “Scandal” — has signed a deal with Simon & Shuster to write her memoir, according to an article on EURWeb.com.
According to the article, the book will cover Rhimes’ life pre-Hollywood and the “challenges of being a single mother while striving for professional success.” The book is expected to be published in 2015.
