On July 27, the Sacramento Valley Affiliate of Susan G. Komen, Circle of Promise will be hosting their very first Empower to Love “YOURSELF” conference designed to empower African-American Women to take action on their breast health needs.
The workshop will feature a variety of health topics, community organizations, breast cancer survivors and A Deeper Kind of Love hosted by Anita Maria Loren Ross. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
The event will be held on Saturday, July 27, from 9am-5pm at the First Baptist Church, 10720 Coloma Road, in Rancho Cordova. Seats are limited and are first come, first served.
