When you are almost halfway into the year, you wonder, “Will I be able to take a vacation this year?” I keep telling myself that I must take at least a 4-day vacation.  I’ve never been to Hawaii, and would love to go there.  I’ve never been on a cruise, but I’m scared to death of what might happen out at sea.  Iwoul dlove to go to Africa, but don’t want to be on a plane for over 8 hours.  So I would actually settle for what I call “THE PERFECT GETAWAY” in California.

My top five choices are: Santa Barbara, San Diego, Monterey, Lake Tahoe, or Santa Cruz.  All I want to do is sleep, relax with cocktails (by the poolside or beach), EAT at fancy restaurants, dance Soul Train-style, shop, read my favorite magazines, and watch movies.  My cell phone will only be used for posting pics of me relaxing by the poolside! With such a packed year of so much to do work-wise, I will need to definitely breakway from the computer, the meetings, the office, the paperwork, the family and home! One of my first resources to utilize for planning my perfect getaway will be SacTrips.com

As you plan for your vacations and getaways, we want to be sure to remind you of the following:
