The purpose of this program is to address the negative economic impacts and disproportionate impacts of the COVID-19 public health emergency by providing technical assistance to eligible small businesses from historically underserved and underrepresented subsections of the small business community and entrepreneurial training to eligible youth from low- to moderate-income households. The technical assistance will aid with small business recovery and growth, while the entrepreneurial training will accelerate rehiring.
