FREE Entertainment and Fireworks Show

WHAT
Cal Expo will join the City and County of Sacramento and iHeart Media to produce the largest pyrotechnics display in the area on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Music for the show will be broadcast live on The Bull 92.5 FM.

The FREE July 4th at Cal Expo celebration is a fun for all ages collection of entertainment that takes place at the Miller Lite Racetrack Grandstand at Cal Expo.

Tuesday, July 4, 2017
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Ends at 10:00 p.m.
Live entertainment begins at 5:00 p.m.
Fireworks begin at approximately 9:30 p.m.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Fireworks, cans, glass bottles, alcoholic beverages, weapons and all animals (except service animals) are prohibited. This will be strictly enforced throughout the Fairgrounds and in the parking lot area.
Bags and ice chests will be searched at the gate.
Metal detectors will be in place as guests enter the fairgrounds. Please give yourself extra time to get through security.
Food vendors will be on-site with food to purchase.
Road closures will be in effect from 9:30 – 11 p.m.

Business 80 – Eastbound and westbound Exposition Blvd. off-ramps
Business 80 – Northbound and southbound Arden Way off-ramps
Eastbound Highway 160 exit to eastbound Arden Way

Heavy vehicle traffic is expected, so please arrive early. The Cal Expo Police Department would also like to remind the public that it is a violation of the vehicle code to stop on the freeway, or any surface street to watch the fireworks.
