Sacramento – On Tuesday, September 13th the NAACP, Sacramento Area Congregations Together, Black Lives Matter Sacramento and L.E.A.D are uniting to present to the Sacramento City Council on reforms to policies and practices in law enforcement oversight to increase transparency and accountability in Sacramento. They are standing with the families of Dazion Flenaugh and Joseph Mann in their requests for transparency, and access to all information regarding their loved ones death, including the police report, autopsy and dash camera footage.
