SMUD offices will be closed on Monday, January 17, 2022 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
While regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, January 18, SMUD campuses will remain closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

SMUD’s 24-hour electric outage number, 1-888-456-SMUD (7683), will continue operating throughout the holiday. If power goes out, customers should notify SMUD immediately. In the event of an electrical problem, customers should be prepared to give their address, phone number, nearest cross street and a brief description of the problem.
