Classes are offered for residential and business customers at SMUD’s Customer Service Center on S Street

SMUD’s Energy & Technology Center (E&TC) has announced its lineup of educational workshops for the first half of 2016. All classes offered by the E&TC for residential customers are free to attend, and most classes for energy professionals are free as well. Classes are held at SMUD’s Customer Service Center at 6301 S Street in Sacramento or at other convenient locations in the Sacramento community.

SMUD’s E&TC provides instruction and education on a wide variety of energy-related topics, including solar energy systems, home energy efficiency measures and advanced energy concepts for energy professionals.
The E&TC will also host a variety of special events in 2016, including the Northern California Solar Regatta at Rancho Seco Recreational Area, the Solar Car Races at American River College, and the Tiny House Competition at Cosumnes River College.

Workshop and event calendars are available at SMUD’s Customer Service Center. All classes require registration to attend.
