A new study has found the abortion rate among African-American women is four times higher than those of non-Hispanic whites and twice as high as the Hispanic rate, according to an article on TheGrio.com.
The study, conducted by the Guttmacher Institute, found that 41 per 1,000 women between the ages of 15-19 who have undergone abortion procedures were African-American teens, and black women account for 30 percent of all abortions in America.
