On the Eve of Black History Month, Allan Houston and EverFi to Host Panel Discussion and Tour of New Smithsonian Museum

 
Celebrating the launch of FISLL 306 program with local EdTech innovator EverFi to teach African-American history through a new interactive digital platform
 
Washington – This morning, Allan Houston, Assistant General Manager, New York  Knicks,and Tom Davidson, CEO of EverFi, the Washington D.C. based technology education company, joined WTTG FOX 5’s Wisdom Martin on Good Day DC to discuss the launch of the FISLL 306 partnership to teach African-American history through a new interactive digital platform.

This afternoon they will invite local students fromDigital Harbor High Schoolto theNational Museum of African-American History and Culture to celebrate the launch of theFISLL 306program. Students will participate in a panel discussion at the Oprah Winfrey Theater and then join a guided tour of the newly opened Smithsonian Museum.
 
FISLL 306is designed to teach students to think critically about their own personal legacy by exploring the lives of pioneering African-Americans throughout history. Powered by EverFi, this interactive digital program was inspired by Allan Houston’s FISLL brand, which focuses on the tenets of faith, integrity, sacrifice, leadership and legacy.
