Sacramento Vice Mayor for District One – Natomas Angelique Ashby is inviting middle and high school students to learn, apply and maybe even teach proper park maintenance techniques as part of her District One Leadership Academy for Youth (PLAY) Group.
The PLAY Group is currently running and goes until August 8, so there’s plenty of time to get involved! Two PLAY Group events will occur each week at parks throughout North Natomas on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-11:30am.
