There’s a cultural renaissance right now inspiring Black women to recommit themselves to self-care and wellness. And while some may think “wellness” is defined as bubble baths and red wine every night, it’s actually an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Which is something that is necessary for Black women in today’s society.

With the wellness industry growing faster than ever, unfortunately it still lacks the diverse representation that is needed to spread these messages far and wide. Thankfully, these women are unapologetically leading the charge and revolutionizing the way Black women define and embrace wellness.
