Join the Sacramento Area Black Caucus (SABC) and the Black United Fund of Sacramento Valley (BUFSV) for their annual Kwanzaa Celebration on Wed-12/29 from 6-8pm at the Oak Park Community Center, 3425 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in Sacramento.  The year’s program will feature a libation, candle highlighting and unity cup ceremonies; and a panel discussion on economic development. The program will also feature a special tribute in memory of Rev.
