1. Call for an appointment at 916.234.3589 or 916.689.1978 and meet with a Certified Enrollment Counselor.

2. Bring these documents:

  • Federal ID or Driver’s License
  • Proof of Residence (utility bill)
  • Proof of Citizenship (Social Security card)
  • Proof of Income (paystub or 2013 tax statements)
