Walk-up Enrollment Days at Arden Fair Mall start October 23rd

Walk-Up Enrollment Days on Fridays (11 am-7 pm), Saturdays (11 am-7 pm) & Sundays (12 noon – 6 pm) on the Upper Level near the Macy’s Entrance at Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento. Did you know that Open Enrollment for Covered California begins November 1, 2015 thru January 31, 2016? Certified Enrollment Counselors from Sac Cultural Hub Media Foundation will be ready to help you enroll for affordable health insurance through Covered California. Let us show you what health plans are available to you and your families.

Walk-ins are welcome – just bring the following: California Driver’s License or I.D.; proof of income; U.S. passport, legal resident card, certificate of citizenship or naturalization, if applicable; birthdates, social security number, home zip code. Walk-Up Enrollment Days begin Fri-10/23 from 11 am to 7 pm, Sat-10/24 from 11 am to 7 pm and Sun-10/25 from 12 noon to 6 pm. And, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through January 31, 2016.
