Submit an Essay and/or YouTube video clip entitled “What Makes an Exceptional Woman of Color?”. Two (2) $500 scholarships will be awarded at the 2105 Exceptional Women of Color Networking Brunch presented by the Sac Cultural Hub Media Foundation.
