I am Exceptional Women of Color Honoree

What is an Exceptional Woman of Color (EWOC) and why THE HUB Celebrates EWOCs every year! An EWOC is unsung heroine who has made significant achievements and accomplishments that go unrecognized by mainstream media. An EWOC is a woman who effortlessly serves as a role model while juggling the multiple tasks of:

  • -Being a mother and/or wife
  • -Working full-time
  • -Volunteering in the community
  • -Mastering her career goals
  • -Managing her own business
  • -Succeeding in her job and receiving prestigious promotions
  • -Pushing the limits of her boundaries to achieve excellence

An EWOC does all of these things inspite of the countless obstacles and insurmountable hardships that she is faced with on a daily basis. She continues to be an “overcomer”, where her smile, beauty, personality, and confidence exhibits the very essence of true success.

CONGRATULATIONS 2013 EWOC HONOREES!!!
