The Sacramento NAACP, and sponsor invite the community to join us on Fri-4/6 at the Woodlake Hotel (formerly Radisson Hotel) located at 500 Leisure Lane in Sacramento, California. The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. Join Bishop Carthen, Pastor Alice Banks and Pastor Wayne Sheppard as they deliver the message of hope and restoration to our community. “We will echo the call for justice for Lamont Harmon and Trayvon Martin”, states Interim President Tyrone Netters.
Additionally, the Sacramento NAACP will also recognize key members in the community for their hard work and dedication to the civil rights movement. Come see which community volunteers will be recognized for their outstanding commitment to civil rights and justice in our community.
