Runyon Saltzman, Inc., a full-service marketing, advertising, and public relations firm in Sacramento’s mid-town, has an opening for a full-time, entry-level employee with the flexibility of optional work from home anywhere, on west coast business hours.


With direction, assists in planning, negotiating, and tracking media space and time for advertisements.

  • Keeps all media kit files current.
  • Prepares Media Authorizations and Insertion Orders.
  • Becomes familiar with XSale and Prime Lingo reports.
  • Maintains current libraries of all planning resources.
  • Reviews PPC campaigns based on web traffic and keywords.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Skills, Experience and Education
  • Knowledge of Internet, spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Strong organizational, mathematical, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Able to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Accurate, thorough, and organized.
  • Experience in an office setting preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
