Community Action Plan Implementation Symposium

Saving Our Legacy, African Americans for Smoke-Free Safe Places Project (also known as the SOL Project) is pleased and excited to invite you to attend the Strategies to Improve Health Equity Where African Americans Live, Work, Learn, Worship and Play Community Action Plan Implementation Symposium on Wed-2/3 from 9 am to 4 pm at Sierra Health Foundation, 1321 Garden Highway, Sacramento, California.  There is no cost to attend this event.

Participants of the symposium will be the first to receive a free copy of the newly released community action plan (CAP), titled, “Strategies to Improve Health Equity Where African Americans Live, Work, Learn, Play and Worship.” The symposium will host keynote presenter Adewale Troutman, MD, MPH, CPH, Professor and Associate Dean for Health Equity and Community Engagement, University of South Florida.
