Get ready for the 2019 BLACK EXPO weekend to be filled with tons of excitement, entertainment and activities for the entire family! Taking place on Sat-2/23 from 11 am to 6 pm and on Sun-2/24 from 12 to 5 pm at Cal Expo Exhibit Halls in Sacramento.  FREE admission for everyone.
