There are currently several employment opportunities open within the California Tobacco Control Program (CTCP) and the Office of Health Equity (OHE). The California Department of Public Health is looking for “a few good people” to fill these positions. But no matter how qualified you might be for these career opportunities, if you are not on the list you cannot apply!
The LOOP has teamed up with CTCP, OHE, and representatives from California’s Priority Populations to host a webinar that will:
- Tell you about the current open positions and their deadlines
- Demystifythe process of applying for a state job
- Teach you how to navigate the state system so that you can be on “the list” and ready to go when job opportunities open up
- Help you present yourself in your best light
- Increase qualified applicants from California’s diverse communities
