Last days to ENROLL in Covered California – deadline is Feb 15th

OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR COVERED CALIFORNIA ENDS FEBRUARY 15th, 2015. Don’t wait to enroll as the deadline for open enrollment is February 15, 2015. There will be a penalty when you file your taxes if you don’t have health insurance or an exemption. In 2015, the penalty will be 2% of your yearly household income or $325 per adult (and $162.50 per child under 18), up to $975 per family, whichever is higher.

On Sunday, February 15th Sac Cultural Hub Media Foundation and 1Solution will have Certified Enrollment Counselors at 2 locations where we will be able to respond to questions and enroll onsite all day:

Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento, across from Food Court on the 2nd Floor from 10 AM to 7 PM

Oak Park Community Center, 3425 Martin Luther King Jr. Bldv, in Sacramento from 9 AM to 8 PM.

NOTE: Be sure to bring: proof of income (check stub or 2014 tax statements); California I.D. or Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, Legal Resident Card, Certificate of Citizenship or Naturalization Documentation; Birthdates and Social Security Numbers.

All individuals, families, business owners/entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend (no appointments necessary; we will accept WALK-INS all day). Get the health insurance coverage that is available now for the well-being of you and your family.
