*Instead of a temple does our body feel more like a broken-down shack?
*Has your passion fallen by the wayside?
*Come re-ignite the joy of being in our bodies and uncover new pleasures.

Each class features painting, meta-cognitive drawing, and journaling in a comfortable, collaborative environment. All supplies will be provided for each workshop including a light snack.

All classes will be held at the Neil Orchard Senior Activities Center, 3480 Routier Road, in Sacramento, CA
