GET READY for the Sacramento Juneteenth Festival, June 14 – 16 at William Land Park. Celebrating 150 years of the Emancipation Proclamation.
June 14th – Friday night ….. “Gospel Under the Stars” from 7 – 9:30 pm.
June 15th – Saturday ….. Freedom Mile Run at 8 am, Freedom Parade at 11 am, Family Festival in the Park from Noon until 6 pm, and a Jazzy Evening Affair beginning at 7:30 pm. Guest Appearance by President Abraham Lincoln (Impersonator). There will be a Juneteenth Talent Show, a Promote the Peace Stage Show, Vendors, a Health & Wellness Pavilion, an Educational Theater and a Fishing Derby.
June 16th – Sunday morning …. Juneteenth Golf Tournament
