This past year Sac Cultural Hub Media Company and Foundation delivered two of its most powerful programs to date creating dialogue among both physicians and exceptional women of color on HIV in the African American community at the 4th Annual Black Physicians Forum and 6th Annual Exceptional Women of Color Conference. We are also proud to share that we continued our community education efforts through the Community Book Project and expanded our outreach and enrollment services with Covered California.
