IADT Sacramento, in
coordination with DC Comics, is holding the 2009
Design Scholarship Challenge, a competition that could earn
you a $25,000 scholarship to one of the 15 participating schools. To get started in the competition, you need to design print and online
ad for the Absolute Justice graphic novel, full of some of
your favorite DC Comics characters, and turn it in by June 8th,
2009. To help
you out, IADT Sacramento will be hosting a
Seminar on May 21st from 4-6 pm but you must RSVP in advance since
space is limited. To
enter contest CLICK HERE! Local winners will receive a $5,000 scholarship to the participating
school of their choice and a VIP trip to the 2009 San Diego Comic-Com
to present design ideas to a panel of select judges. The national winner will receive an ADDITIONAL $20,000 SCHOLARSHIP to
the participating school of their choice, will be featured in an ad in
a full issue of DC Comics and have the opportunity to work with DC
Comics on an upcoming marketing campaign for Absolute Justice.
