THE best thing you can do is READ, THINK, & ANALYZE for yourself, and then take the most appropriate ACTION steps that best suits you, your family, your business, and/or addresses the community-at-large. There are a lot of issues (statewide propositions on the legal use of marijuana, congressional redistricting by commission, global warming law, business taxes, etc.) on the voting ballot this election year with the biggest decision yet to be made (but some have already made their decision with voting by mail) on who should be governor of California….. will it be “Meg Whitman” or “Jerry Brown”? An excellent resource of plain english info about the 2010 California election is the “Easy Voter Guide” of which I picked up at a local community center…such simple reading.  So if you are confused about the propositions and what they mean and who to vote for (e.g. –  like candidates for California Attorney General – “I’m voting for Kamala D. Harris”). Get the hard copy pamphlet or go to www.easyvoter.org.
