According to Broadwayblack.com, a variety of artists in the Broadway community are coming together to create (a one night only event) BROADWAY FOR BLACK LIVES MATTER.
“The evening will spark conversation and encourage people to discover their roles as active participants in a movement towards positive change.” says broadwayblack.com.
The event will take place August 1st at Columbia University’s Lerner Hall and will begin at 8:30. Admission is free and open to the public.
