“Scandal” actress Kerry Washington has been named the World’s Best Dressed Woman by People magazine.
According to the online article, Washington was nominated for her “impeccable style” that constantly results in “haute hit after hit.”
Also on the list is Zoe Saldana at #4 and Solange Knowles at #9.
