Alabama pageant queen Zoe Sozo Bethel dies after suffering brain damage from an accident
Zoe Sozo Bethel, the reigning Miss Alabama for America Strong, has died. She was 27.
Bethel died early Friday morning in Miami after falling from a third-floor window the previous week and sustaining “blunt force trauma,” according to a statement from the Miami Police Department.
“This was a tragic accident, and no foul play is suspected,” the department said in the statement.
