Cuisine Noir – reportedly the country’s first black food, wine and travel magazine – has printed their third issue for Fall/Winter 2012.

This issue features Food Network Star Aaron “Big Daddy” McCargo, Jr. Other features include a look inside the Japanese company, Kikkoman, to see how chef Helen Roberts creates recipes shared around the world using products from the company’s pantry, as well as profiles of successful black winemakers The Sterlings of Esterlina Vineyards and Everett Ridge Vineyards and Winery in California.
