Zora Ball, 7, is reportedly the youngest person to have ever created a full version of a mobile application video game, according to an article on the website of the Philadelphia Tribune.
A native of Philadelphia, Ball presented her new app at the University of Philadelphia’s “Boostrap Expo.” She attends Harambee Institute of Science and Technology Charter School in West Philadelphia.
