Music filled the air inside the Castle Museum of Saginaw County History on Tuesday, Oct. 6.

The tunes came straight from the famous vocal chords of Motown legend Martha Reeves, the lead singer of Martha & the Vandellas. Their hits include “Heat Wave” and “Dancing in the Street.”

During a visit to the museum, at 500 Federal in Saginaw, Reeves spoke to an enthusiastic crowd and occasionally broke into song.

As Reeves spent more than an hour Tuesday talking to the group gathered at the museum, she praised Abrams and touched on a number of other topics.
