This is beyond cool. Many NBA stars have basketball camps, as an opportunity to give back to their community, interact with fans, and help lead the next generation of hoopers. These camps are, not surprisingly, dominated by boys and young men, and often a place where girls and young women are either not allowed, or don’t feel particularly comfortable.
Stephen Curry is changing that. He just unveiled his latest camp with the Golden State Warriors, called the “It’s Our Game” basketball camp. And it is only for women.
