California Legislative Black Caucus has announced its annual 4-day residential leadership and advocacy initiative “AFRICAN AMERICAN LEADERS OF TOMORROW” – in partnership with California State University Dominguez Hills taking place on July 19th – July 22nd. This year program is designed for 10th & 11th grade high school students. Applications are now live.
