The City of Sacramento is excited to introduce the redesigned and modernized 311 Customer Service mobile app and web portal. This update makes it easier than ever for residents to access City services while improving transparency and user experience. Here are some enhancements you’ll find in the latest update:

  • Track the status of your request using your service request number.   
  • Register and log in. Creating an account will make it easier for you to view and track requests and will ensure we have accurate information to respond to future requests.   
  • See what requests we’re working on in your neighborhood by using the “Explore” map.   
  • Track open requests created by others near you.

If you haven’t already, please update to the latest version of the app to get these new features.The City of Sacramento’s 311 Customer Service is considered essential during Sacramento County’s “Stay-at-Home” order. Our customer service agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We are committed to strengthening neighborhood services while continually improving.
