Donna Brazile, professor, author, syndicated columnist, political strategist and political analyst for ABC News and CNN, will speak at the next Bob & Dorrie Moon Lectures Series on October 11 in Sacramento.
A native of New Orleans, Brazile was named as a “remarkable visionary” for the fist-ever O Power List for “O, The Oprah Magazine.” She was also named one of the 100 Most Powerful Women by “Washingtonian” magazine, and Top 50 Women in American by “Essence” magazine.
The Moon Lecture series showcases contemporary insights from dynamic speakers and progressive Christian authors. The Moons endowed this speakers series as a gift and challenge to the Sacramento community to think critically and act ethically on important issues of our time.
The event will take place October 11, 2013 at 7pm at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 2391 St. Mark’s Way, in Sacramento.
