There was so much applause, praise, and excitement from the parents, grandparents, aunts, nieces, cousins, and friends of the contestants who attended. The talent performances delivered by all contestances were incredible and so entertaining.
Pageant Director, Kandice Kelly, is the creator of the Girls Self-Esteem Program and Little Miss Capital City Pageant. Ms. Kelly is also a full-time Flight Attendant Trainer for Southwest Airlines.
