Award-winning independent writer/producer Deborah Ray-Sims is currently seeking funds through a Kickstarter campaign for her new screenplay “A Delicate Balance,” which tells the story of an African-American woman living in Africa.
Ray-Sims is a former series producer/writer for PBS and is currently project manager and founder of Diasporic Communications, with several of her projects having focused on the African Diaspora.
The campaign will raise funds to support and finalize development of the screenplay. The campaign is looking to raise $5,000, with a deadline of December 1 at 1pm PST.
