Clayton English has won NBC’s comedy competition series “Last Comic Standing.” With the win, English takes home an incredible prize package worth $250,000, including a development deal for his own television show. English was one of 100 comics who competed for the grand prize.

Born in Pensacola, Fla., and a current resident of Atlanta, English has been doing stand-up comedy for seven years. He is also an actor, with a previous recurring role in the comedy “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.” Other film and TV projects include “The Preacher’s Kid,” “Five Days in the A” and “Hell Date.”
