We know that Eater covered the rollout and hoopla around the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich as much as the rest of food media, but unfortunately, it seems pertinent to remind everyone that there is no sandwich so delicious or important that one needs to resort to violence to obtain it. Houston police are on the lookout for a group of people who rushed a Popeyes after being told at the drive-thru window that they were out of the popular sandwich. At least one person had a gun.
