LOS ANGELES SENTINEL — It is with great sadness that the Sentinel announces the passing of our beloved friend, family member and community advocate Brenda Marsh-Mitchell. Brenda passed away of cardiac failure after being rushed to emergency surgery Saturday afternoon.
Danny Bakewell, Sr. Chairman and Executive Publisher of the Los Angeles Sentinel said in a brief statement: “I am deeply saddened at the lost of my friend and confidant Brenda Marsh-Mitchell. Brenda loved and believed in family and dedicated her life to serving and fighting for what is best for our people. We ask everyone to continue to pray for her family and friends as we all adjust through these most difficult times.”
Brenda loved and served her lord and savior Jesus Christ everyday. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with grand-children Kennedy and Mitch. Funeral Arrangements have not yet been made. Please check the Sentinel website for more information. |
