Now in its 40th year, the long-running Sacramento Jazz Festival is now the Sacramento Music Festival as it looks to add more music styles to its line-up descended from jazz, such as blues, country cwing, and rockabilly, according to an article on the website of the Sacramento Business Journal.

According to the article, the Sacramento Music Festival will be showcased through 24 venues in the city this year, with headliners including Los Lobos, The Blasters, John Lee Hooker Jr., The James Hunter Six, Dan Hicks & The Hot Licks, Wanda Jackson, Ben Taylor, the Beer Dawgs, and Mick Martin and the Blues Rockers. The festival will run from May 24-27.
