As hundreds of thousands are expected to descend on Las Vegas for its first-ever Super Bowl this weekend, the Entertainment Capital of the World is preparing to do what it does best. A slew of events is slated to take place across the Las Vegas Valley over the next several days, including live shows from Grammy-award winning artists, massive tailgates, viewing parties of the so-called “Big Game” and indulgent feasts.

“The level of service that Vegas provides is, bar none, compared to anywhere else, an immediate enhancement of the Super Bowl,” Sam Joffray, president and CEO of the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee, told the Sun. “What happens here every year for the Super Bowl with viewing parties, celebrations at casinos, the kind of party atmosphere that Vegas has every year — layer that on top of the actual Super Bowl and I think it’s going to be a next-level expectation center for all host cities.”
